I've been married 32 years....have two beautiful daughters. One is married with two kids...10 yrs and 2 yrs old. She has been a paralegal for 10 yrs and is now studying to be a lawyer. Our other daughter lives in Australia with her man. She owns a hair salon there. I also have a stepson who is a realtor. So I guess you could say we will look good leagally buying a house...lol. We raised our daughters on an acreage outside Carseland AB for 21 yrs. We have since sold and moved to Standard AB. My husband was a realtor for 22 yrs. We have a 40ft diesel pusher and go south for a few months in fall and spring. I like to have Xmas with my babies. Our kids came with us to Cuba this past March...awesome trip. We just got back from Nevada...just in time for this crap weather! Hope to see you all next May...or sooner

Went on to graduate from U of C and lived and worked in Calgary my whole life, except for a short stint in Toronto. Became a disc jockey, taught college at MRU, worked in and finally owned an ad agency and marketing consulting firm with a national reach, CSG Inc., developed residential land, built houses and resort properties as Carriage Homes/ Forte Builders and retired about 2008. Divide our time between Calgary summers and Palm Desert CA winters. Collect and trade in classic cars after a stint at endurance auto racing. A friend of Bill W and a new found faith in God. Sing in some church choirs and to old ladies (and men) in nursing homes. Do some charity work as it moves me. Children grew up fine and have their own lives but I finally have a grand son. These are the best years of my life. Have ideal health except for a few bumps along the way. Advice? Don't wait to retire, you don't know what you're missing. And 'better to pray to God and find out there isn't one than not to pray and find out there is one'.
